I do not agree with CCP in this case.
You have some pretty extreme circumstances and you should be allowed to recover your characters. Not any isk or ships that are gone as a result, just allow you to have your characters back.
And might I suggest a deadbolt for your door? They work wonders. ___________________________________________ The deeper you stick it in your vein, the deeper the thoughts there's no more pain. ___________________________________________ |

otherwise, for all we care u sold stuff on ebay and got caught
I was the one who reported that the characters were sold, because it was not me who did it. That is the only reason why the story was allowed to be up. And kieron said once he got back from Gencon he would look into the matter some more for me. He did want to help the few months ago during the first petetions but he said he could not overrule the GMs decision. Maybe now with the police's help I can get my character back.
I think that would be awesome. CCP doesn't do these things to be rude. They do it to protect the player base from abuse.
I think it's clear you didn't abuse anything. And if you can prove any of what you say (police reports) then you should get your characters back.
With the support of the community I don't see why you shouldn't. ___________________________________________ The deeper you stick it in your vein, the deeper the thoughts there's no more pain. ___________________________________________ |

oooook.....
Tv - what about 50 buck at a pawn shop dvd player - about 10 pc - probably more, but what
account with that much stuff... couple of thousand. Which would you steal
There is also an issue of walking out of someone else's house with a TV, DVD player, Stereo, and computer... it looks just a little bit suspicious.
While electronicly transfering some files and walking away with a thumb drive looks pretty normal.
My guess is that our freind here lives in a house/apartment that is frequented by many people ranging from cool to unsavory. I've been there and done that. I'm telling you, deadbolt your door. ___________________________________________ The deeper you stick it in your vein, the deeper the thoughts there's no more pain. ___________________________________________
